Nondestructive testing comprises a set of inspection technique that have the purpose of assessing the material properties, integrity and performance of a component in a noninvasive way or, at least, without impairing its future usefulness, i.e. destroying the component under test.
Nondestructive testing is a growing material characterization field not confined to the evaluation of discontinuities. It includes variability in structure, integrity, and reliability, which ultimately ensure safety, customer satisfaction and avoid down-time and lowering manufacturing costs.
Our services are performed in accordance with procedures detailed in Government, Professional Associations, and Company Specifications. Our inspectors are certified per MIL- STD-410 and SNT-TC-1A. The in-house Quality Assurance Program complies with the provisions of ISO 10012-1, ASME Section III, NCA 3800, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ISO 9002, and ASME Y 14.5M.
Our highly skilled personnel provide nondestructive services to many processes across industries, including prevention, control, assurance and corrective action. Our nondestructive testing include
